Cotignac is in the centre of the Var, a beautiful part of Provence, with centuary old villages, and miles and miles of wooded countryside. The scenery is magnificent,with olive groves,vineyards, and lavender fields. It is very central being one hour from the sea and one and a half hours from both Marseille and Nice. Italy is only two hours away.

Description of Property

This is a pretty little Provençal house with some lovely features. It stands in its own grounds of about 5 acres, olive trees and lavender. The house consists of two bedrooms which are interconecting, there are also seperate entrances for both rooms. Downstairs there is a sittingroom with an open fireplace, a small dining room, and a compact kitchen. The showeroom is off the kitchen and it has a wc and a hand baison. The kitchen has cutlery,dishes, cooking utensils,a fridge with small freezing compartment, and a gas cooker and hob. It is shaded by a beautiful lime tree, and has a glorious view.

Within easy driving there is the Abbe du Thoronet, Chapelle Ste. Rosalind, Gorge du Verdon, Lac St. Croix, St. Tropez, Aix en Provence,and some wonderful scenery.
