Uzel is 1 hour 15 mins from St Malo and 1 1/2 hours from Roscoff. Uzel is a sleepy French village but unlike many other villages it has many amenities - supermarket, bakers, garage, hairdressers, bars, bank, sports hall and football facilities.

Two cottages converted into one five bedroomed cottage (four double rooms and 1 twin room) 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. Consists of lounge with log burner, three piece suite, table and six chairs, tv with satelite. Full kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer and table with four chairs. Games room with full pool table, log burner, bar, tv and video recorder. Garden with bbq and furniture.

Places of Interest

There are two large lakes in the area, one 2.5km from the village with its own beach which is used for swimming and fishing, and in the summer pedelos and canoes are for hire. The other lake is 17km away which also has its own beach but more amenities for motorised boats and a ferry ride around the lake. The Chateau of Moncontour and its lovely medieval town is only 20 mins away. St Breauc is 25 mins away with its port and beaches nearby. Plenty of shops and a market each Saturday.
